Library Hours:

The library is open from 0 through 8 period.

Library Rules:

• Every student who enters the library must have a pass and sign in at the circulation desk when arriving and sign out when leaving the library.  

• Once signed in to the library, students may not leave unless returning to class.

• Students may not come to the library during lunch time - only during CREW time.

• There is a 30 student limit during zero period due to limited staffing.

• Students may visit no more than 1 period per day and 3 days per week. If additional time is needed to work on an assignment, please see a librarian.

• Eating and drinking are not allowed in the library.

General Library Information:

Books are checked out from the library for a period of three weeks and may be renewed for an additional three weeks if needed/desired.  There is a 10 cent late fee for every day the book is late. Students who have an overdue book or owe a fine will not be allowed to check out until the student’s account is clear.

Books, both fiction and nonfiction, in the HHS Library are organized by genre (or type of book - for example, Mystery, Adventure, Inspirational, True Crime).

EBooks and audiobooks are also available through Sora, which can be accessed via Clever.
